1. Complete an electronic Student Registration Application Form.
2. Complete an electronic Student Information Form.
3. Once all required electronic forms above have been completed, you
will be contacted by someone from Central Registration within 2
business days to schedule your registration appointment.
4. On the date of your registration appointment, please make sure to
bring all necessary original documents with you to your
appointment. Please refer to the email copy of your Student
Registration Application Form for a list of these items.
