Ø THINK SMART…YOU MUST
1. Drink plenty of water throughout the day before the parade. (not pop/soda, but WATER.)
2. Eat breakfast and lunch on the day of the parade. Choose your food intelligently, but EAT! (I thought that was what band members love to do best anyway!)
3. Wear sunscreen.
*Of the 4 years I have been in Brunswick we always have someone who gets sick and cannot finish the parade. Every year it is someone who did not follow the above instructions. Thank you in advance for not letting this happen this year!
You are working very hard this week. This parade is our debut to our community as the 2004 Marching Blue Devils. We believe that this is going to be another record breaking, milestone reaching year. Let us all make sure that our first appearance of the season is something of which we can all be proud. Thanks for the hard work and the enthusiastic beginning.
