We are keeping this information posted on the web page and you will hear up talk about this fundraiser during the 2006/2007 school year.  We are hoping someone will step forward to take over this chairperson spot.  The choir department makes a lot of money doing these Brown' games, but we cannot do it without parents support.  Please take some time this year to think about it.

We are looking for a Brown's Fund Raiser Chairperson or Chairpersons for the 2007/2008 season.  Duties include overseeing volunteer sign-up, coordinating volunteer duties, going to stand leader training, and direct contact with Sports Service.  Please contact a Booster Officer or Mrs. Piper if interested.  You can also send inquiries to bcmboosters@aol.com.

Please help keep this great fund raising program going.  It is a wonderful way to create much needed funds for our choir departments.

Brown's Fund Raiser Time.

I'm sure you have seen all the news about the Cleveland Brown's on television.  Well that means that the football season has started.  That also means that the stadium concession stand season has started.

As in the last few years we are again running a concession stand at Cleveland Stadium during Brown's home games.  This is an excellent way to make a lot of money for our organization.  During the 2004/2005 alone we make over $8,000.  Won't you please think about helping out.  If each choir student had a parent who would sign up for ONE game we would have more than enough parents to work this stand.  We won't lie to you, there is work involved and the day can be long, but the more volunteers we have the less work is involved.

So please take a minute and review the schedule below, pick out and a game, and sign up with one of the BCMB officers.  High school parents can earn money for the children's high school choir which pays for things like trips and concert attire.  Middle school volunteers make money for their school accounts which is used to purchase items necessary for the school choir program.  So come have some fun and meet other parents in the organization.  We would love to see you there.

Game Schedule:

For all 1pm games we meet at BHS around 9am and try to car pool (parking is $4 per car)

We leave the stadium at approximately 5:00pm to return to BHS

Each participant will receive a phone call prior to the event to confirm dates and times.

All participants need to wear black pants and a white top - shirts are  provided by Sports Service to wear during the game.  Comfortable shoes are highly recommended. Hats are provided by sports service, but you can wear any personal hat with a Brown's logo.
