To provide a healthier environment for the students' physical well being by demonstrating physical activities, guest speakers, and having healthy snacks. To educate students about the importance of improving the quality of their lives with an after school fitness program by teaching them skills, physical activities, and importance of making wise choices. To provide materials and equipment for the students that will enable them to improve their well being at home and at school.
