Congrats to BHS students Allison Boyer, Winnie Brusco, Emma Strunk, and Ava Rumer for earning recognition from the Brunswick Rotary Club for applying the Rotary 4-way test in their persuasive speeches.

Congratulations to BHS student-athlete Trey Drexler, who was named a Mr. Basketball finalist for the second straight year! Trey averaged a school record 26.5 points per game, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists while shooting .497 from the floor and .451 from 3-point range. He was also the GCC and Inland District Player of the Year.

Congratulations to the BHS Freshman Orchestra, Philharmonic Orchestra, and Cameratta Orchestra on earning a Superior Rating at the OMEA adjudicated event on February 21st! These incredibly talented students work exceptionally hard, and we couldn't be prouder of them!

Congratulations to BHS student-athlete Luke Stella for earning Medina Gazette Boys Basketball Player of the Week honors the week of March 10th! Luke scored the first 11 points, was 3-3 from the 3-point line, and made two crucial free throws to help the Blue Devils beat Perrysburg and advance to the Sweet 16.

Congratulations to BHS student-athlete Joey Sheely for earning Medina Gazette Player of the Week honors for boys swimming the week of March 2nd! Joey helped the boys 200 medley finish 17th at the state swimming meet, just 0.01 seconds shy of qualifying for the finals.

Congratulations to BHS student-athlete Alex Burns on finishing her record-shattering season by earning All-State honors and finishing 8th in the state diving meet! Alex will continue her academic and athletic career at Oakland University in the fall.
