    PRESIDENT
     
    The President shall preside at all meetings of the organization, shall be a member of all committees except the selection committee, and shall coordinate the work of all the officers and committees of the organization.  The President shall develop a budget along with year long goals for the organization with the Executive Board.  The President shall attend and report on the monthly PTG President Meetings with the Superintendent and other PTG Presidents.
     
     
    VICE PRESIDENTS
     
    The Vice Presidents shall act as aides to the President and shall perform the duties of the President in the absence of that officer at any function.  In the event of a vacancy in the office of President, the office shall be assumed by one of the Vice-Presidents as determined by the remaining board members.  In the event the remaining board members are unable to agree, the principal shall make the final decision.
     

    SECRETARY

    The Secretary shall record the minutes of all meetings.  The Secretary shall be the resource person in matters pertaining to the By-Laws and Standing Rules and shall be responsible for keeping them current.  The Secretary will be responsible for sending reminders for all upcoming PTG meetings.
     

    TREASURER

    The Treasurer shall have custody of all funds of the organization; shall keep a full and accurate accounting of receipts and expenditures; shall make disbursements as authorized by the President and Executive Board; shall make arrangements with each committee chairperson before all functions to be available to disburse any funds needed to operate each function; shall be responsible to deposit all money earned at these functions; and give an accurate report to each chairperson concerning the income and expenses from their committee.  The Treasurer shall develop a budget for the organization along with the Executive Board.  The Treasurer shall have the organization accounts audited on an annual basis and file taxes on an annual basis:  IRS Form 990.
