• Welcome to Brunswick City Schools!

    Dear Parent/Guardian,

If you are interested in your child becoming a typical peer at our preschool program, the first step is to contact our preschool secretary, Sarah Korte (skorte@bcsoh.org). Please do NOT register your child until after he/she has been screened by our preschool team. Please see below regarding our expectations for typical peers.

You must complete the entire registration process for your student to be enrolled in Brunswick City Schools.  Only the custodial parent/legal guardian can officially enroll a student.  Therefore, the custodial parent/legal guardian must be the individual filling out the application and providing signatures. You will need an active email address to complete the registration process and to receive updated information throughout the school year.

Note:  Be sure to save your username and password as Brunswick City Schools does NOT have access to your login information.  If you forget your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.  If you forget your username, you must start over.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOW USING FINAL FORMS FOR OUR NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS. AFTER YOU CLICK ON THE LINK ABOVE, CHOOSE "*NEW ACCOUNT" UNDER THE "PARENT" ICON TO BEGIN THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY STUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN BRUNSWICK CITY SCHOOLS. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE OR MORE STUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN BRUNSWICK CITY SCHOOLS, YOU ALREADY HAVE A FINAL FORMS PARENT ACCOUNT AND YOU CAN LOG IN WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO LOG IN, PLEASE CONTACT SARAH KORTE, PRESCHOOL SECRETARY (PLEASE SEE CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW).

If you were not able to upload the required documents or you have other questions regarding enrollment, please contact Sarah Korte, Preschool Secretary, at 330-273-0505 or by emailing skorte@bcsoh.org.

Kidder Preschool Looking for Peer Role Models
Kidder Preschool is looking for typical preschool students (age 3 to 5) to be role models for their peers for the 2023-2024 school year. Any parents or guardians interested in enrolling a student as a preschool peer role model should contact Sarah Korte, Kidder Preschool Registrar, at skorte@bcsoh.org or by calling (330) 273-0505.

Peer models are typically developing children three to five years old, selected to participate within the preschool program. While benefiting from the preschool experience, these children provide peer interaction and social motivation for the identified preschooler with a disability. Because all children learn not only from adults, but also from watching and interacting with other children, peer models are an integral part of the preschool program. Peer relationships are important for the social, communicative, and cognitive development of every child.
