BCSD Strategic Plan

In the spring of 2023, BCSD began the important work of reimagining our strategic plan, inspired by the work of the  Journey of a Blue Devil committee. The resulting Journey to 2028 is a product of extensive collaboration with community members, leaders, parents, staff, and the Brunswick Board of Education. This plan was crafted with dedication and focuses on Academic Achievement, Student Supports, Communication, Community Engagement, and Finances/Facilities.
