The “B” For Excellence Employee Recognition Program welcomes parents/guardians, staff, students, and community members to acknowledge the exceptional efforts of our school employees. This program celebrates and honors the contributions of BCSD employees who embody the Journey of a Blue Devil by consistently showcasing their ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing circumstances, think critically, demonstrate empathy, and live responsibly.
