Per the BESPA union contract, interviews for job vacancies for positions within the bargaining unit will be offered in the following order until the position is filled:
- regular employees within the classification
- regular employees within the department
- regular employees within the district
- persons not currently employed by the district
EXTERNAL APPLICANTS

INTERNAL APPLICANTS
If you are an internal candidate, and you do NOT have an Applitrack account, you must create one by clicking on the link "Submit an Internal Application."
If you are an internal candidate and have an existing AppliTrack account, please log in to your AppliTrack account to submit an internal application. After logging in to your AppliTrack account, click "Edit Your Materials" and then click on "Vacancy Desired" in left column of next page. Choose the position(s) for which you desire to apply and continue to follow the prompts. At completion, click "Finish and Submit" then, on the next page, click "Submit Application."
Applications are retained for one year.
