BCSD is excited to continue "B" 4 Excellence, a program to recognize employees who contribute to our mission of excellence. Our strategic plan focuses on four pillars: teaching and learning, nurturing the whole child, transparent communication, and fiscal responsibility. Community members and BCSD employees can recognize an employee who demonstrates excellence in one of the four pillars of our strategic plan by nominating them for a  "B" 4 Excellence award. Simply complete the brief NOMINATION FORM and follow our social media accounts for spotlights of employees who the community or peers have nominated.
